main features :
the present consultation, carried out pursuant to ordinance no. 2015-899 of 23 july 2015 on public procurement and its implementing decree no. 2016-360 (subject to the provisions of article 27 of decree no. 2016-360 of 25 march 2016 ) has as its object the work of decoration and interior finishes of thebuilding of the casin. This building is included in the inventory of historical monuments. The works are distributed in 6 lots designated below: - lot 1: agencement and menuiseries bois- lot 2: ornement staff, rosaces and pilastres- lot 3: painted motifs and decors - lot 4: decorative painting for ceilings, woodwork and architectural elements- lot 5: interior finish paint- lot 6: wallpaper, wall hangings and curtainsthe market includes a basic solution and supple services: lot 01: woodworking and joinery: pse 1 - realization of wooden pilasters on the ground floor; lot 02: ornament staffer, rosettes and pilasters: pse 1 - realization of rosettes by molding / pse 2 - rehabilitation of the cornice of the dining room; pse 3 - supply and installation of cornice in the workshop. Each lot will be remunerated on the basis of an overall price and flat rate. The delay of execution of the works of all the lots is of 4 months. The start of the market starts fromon the date of notification. The time limit for the execution of the works starts from the date fixed by the order of service requiring the owner of the lot concerned to start first the execution of the work incumbent on him. The visit of the site is not obligatory. However, it is left to the candidate the opportunity to visit the site if he so wishes. By way of indication, the contract will be notified on 20 february 2017.
