Description of the service: The School Institute currently has a heating system based on conventional technology that presents a limited level of energy efficiency and high energy consumption, with the corresponding economic costs and impact associated environment. Within the framework of the public policies of energy transition, sustainability and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the commitment of public administrations to improving the energy efficiency of public buildings, it is considered necessary to replace the current system with an air conditioning system based on aerothermia technology, more efficient and with less environmental impact. The implementation of this system must allow: Improve energy efficiency of the educational building.Reduce the energy consumption and running costs of the center.Reduce the CO_ emissions associated with the heating system.Guarantee adequate conditions of thermal comfort for the students and staff of the center.
