Purpose of the work: Works contract relating to the redevelopment of the public space of the Louis de Brouckère site located in Herstal, associated with a private project for the creation of a set of 41 apartments, 2 areas dedicated to a public and/or social function, 2 areas dedicated to liberal professions and an underground car park. This contract consists of the development of a public space linked to a private project (construction of a building of 41 apartments, 2 public/social areas, 2 liberal profession areas, underground parking). The project is located on rue Campagne des Monts, on the vacant lot located in front of the free school of Les Monts. As part of the urban development of the site de Brouckère, the project consists of developing a square, the surroundings of future housing as well as certain access points to the neighborhood. The project is the subject of a "transitional" file within the framework of Urban Development operations, and has a subsidy for public developments. On January 10, 2024, the Walloon Government transmitted the subsidy order, granting a subsidy intended to contribute to the financing of public works. This project is carried out in consultation with various external stakeholders such as Resa, Cile, Proximus, Voo, AIDE or even IILE.
