This consultation concerns the development of public spaces within the framework of the NPNRU Quartier Republique in Avion. The contract provides for optional phases according to the lots: - Optional phase 1: sector 2/3 rue du 10August (all lots) - Optional phase 2: Creation of a parking lot rue Rolland near the training center (all lots) - Optional phase 3: Renovation of the existing parking lot on rue des Montagnards: replacement of the existing coating with concrete paving with grass joints (lot 1 only) - Optional phase 4: additional developments (furniture pleasure and play furniture) (lot 3 only) Possible Additional Services (PSE) This market provides for Possible Additional Services depending on the lots, which must be quantified by the candidate: PSE 1: VRD lot The market provides for a PSE1: sector 4, parking on the squares: Added value for deactivated microconcrete slabs, in treads associated with a perforated concrete slab in the central part with filling gravel.
