Rehabilitation concerns a real estate complex comprising a R+10 building of 135 housing units built in the 1960s (SH: 6700m²) and an extension of 7 housing units (SH: 660m²) built in 1992 during a major rehabilitation of the site. The work will take place in the middle busy. Main works: Installation of new lightweight prefabricated insulated facades in wooden frame panels including thermal insulation, windows, solar shading, for the R+10, ITE building and replacement of joinery for the building of 7 housing units, insulation and renovation of roof terraces, renovation of common areas and outdoor spaces, improvement of ventilation and DHW production, renovation of electrical installations in housing and repairs punctuality of damp rooms.
