Description: The project proposes a complete restructuring of the existing ones preserved and a compact implantation of the extensions around the existing one. The operation requires the creation of large provisional premises intended to temporarily accommodate, depending on the phasing of the operation, different teaching tracks or support functions of the school. At each phase, an update of the premises is planned to meet the technical requirements. The complexity of the operation concerns the organization of the four phases of the site, without interrupting activities while respecting the school calendar. This project requires a great capacity for organization. This is why the solution was chosen to call on a general contractor in order to assume the security of the site.
