Description of the provision: On September 1, 2025, by agreement of the Local Government Board, the Executive Project for the interior space of the public housing block 1C1 in the ARE Eixample Sud (3 lots) was initially approved (Volume I. Report, annexes and folds (POU19I00W4), Volume II. Plans (POU19I00W5) and Volume III. Budget (POU19I00W6) and definitively approved by agreement of the aforementioned body in session on December 1, 2025. The execution budget for the contract is €1, 057, 447.93 excluding VAT (€1, 279, 511.97, 21% VAT included), with the following distribution by lots:• Works to be executed by the successful tenderer distributed in 3 lots: €1, 057, 447.91 VAT excluded (€1, 279, 511.97, 21% VAT included)• Other expenses: 16, 920.99, 21% VAT included. nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be satisfied with the contract, as well as the suitability of its object and content to satisfy them, are specified in the works project. Adapt the interior space of the island that is located on the parking lot of the housing development public areas of the island called 1C1 in the strategic residential area Eixample Sud, as well as the perimeter urbanization. The objective of the adaptation is that this roof becomes of collective use both by the inhabitants of these homes and by the rest of citizens of the neighborhood and the municipality.
