Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details Purpose of the work The work concerns the creation of the Sennette park via: • The entire or partial demolition of the building; • Securing facades; • The comforts of the old ground floor over the cellar; • Carrying out earthworks and renewal of polluted land; • The construction of portals at the entrances to the site; Place of execution On the first three islets which constitute the future Parc de la Sennette: • Priority islet: Between the streets of Liverpool and des Mégissiers as well as between Heyvaert and Chemist streets. • Mégissiers-Bougie Island: Between rue des Mégissiers and rue de la Bougie; • Rosée-Poterie Island: Between rue de la Rosée and rue de la Poterie Brief description The development of Parc de la Sennette is part of in the Urban Renovation Contract (CRU) n°05 Heyvaert-Poincaré, which aims to improve the quality of public space, reduce urban divides and support the socio-economic revitalization of the neighborhood via the creation of a linear urban park connecting the Abattoirs at Parc de la Rosée. The park is organized into a main structure and "rooms" which punctuate the route. This project is part of several regional regulatory frameworks (PRDD, PRAS, CRU5, PADs Heyvaert and Ninove, Plan Canal, etc.) and responds to clear ambitions: urban renewal, social inclusion, climate resilience, demineralization and renaturation of the Heyvaert district.
