PREAMBLE

This contract is part of a global project concerning the construction of a newto the building (E6K) and the rehabilitation of the existing "Tri Postal" (A6K) as part of the "A6K E6K: development of the digital and technological innovation and training hub in Charleroi" project located at Quai de la Gare du Sud, 1 to 6000 CHARLEROI.

In order to ensure a certain temporal continuity, and due to the scale and complexity of the site and the work, the project is subdivided into several lots.

DESCRIPTION

This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works: Lot 1 relating to the construction of a building (E6K) Closed structural work. The presentThis lot is part of the contract for the construction of a professional training and skills center in the field of technologies which will be located at Quai de la Gare du Sud at 6000 CHARLEROI. The building is organized on 5 levels (R 4) and composed of 5 floors which bring together differenterent premises intended for professional training, workshops, classes, offices and labs, as well as circulation spaces and toilets.
