The purpose of the contract is to construct the 5 substation buildings, technical buildings housing the electrical installations necessary for the operation of the tramway as well as the reconstruction in place of storage boxes for the Haie gymnasium Vigné, replacing boxes demolished as part of the operation. It includes for substations: • Earthworks and creation of foundations (superficial and deep), restoration of the site, VRD around under and around the building • The structural work, high floor, low floor, walls • Metalwork (doors and ventilation grilles), • Waterproofing on the roof, • Painting work, • reservations and sleeves in the walls and slabs • earthing, • wood cladding, • … And for the boxes: • Earthworks and creation of foundations, restoration of the site • Structural work, masonry, low floor and walls, • Framing, roofing, waterproofing • Carpentry (doors) • Painting • Electricity, ventilation • Exterior coatings.
