Works contract in 2 lots for the renovation of units 6-7-8-9 and the creation of a morgue under unit 13 of the Leonard de Vinci Hospital located Rue de Gozee 706 in 6110 MONTIGNY-LE- TILLEUL:

- Lot 1: Architectural, stability, special techniques and surroundings works

- Lot 2: Furnaceniture and installation of integrated interior joinery

Each lot has 2 distinct intervention zones:

- Zone A: Units 6-7-8-9 (Patio_only for Lot 1)

- Zone B: Morgue (Surroundings_only for Lot 1 ) The attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that the Present Cahi1st Special Charges contains social anti-dumping clauses (accompanied by significant special penalties) developed within the framework of the Strategic Development Committee of the Charleroi and South Hainaut Region. They are highlighted in gray in the C.S.CH. As a result, the soBidders are firmly invited: - to take this into account when preparing their offer, with the Contracting Authority providing itself with the means to verify the compliance of the site with these and to sanction in the event of an infringement; - to complete and attach to the offer the declaration of honor relatedve to the social anti-dumping clauses included in the appendix to this Special Specification.
