Description of the service: Works contract for retaining wall repair Pla de la Coma street - riera Rissec - URGENT AND EARLY PROCESSING
Procedure: Type of processing: Urgent Justification of the emergency procedure: It is considered essential to act urgently in order to: -Stable the wall of the stream definitively and avoid new episodes of collapse: the situation instability of the existing wall downstream predicts the possibility of new landslides that could considerably aggravate the current damage.-Guarantee the structural safety of Calle Pla de la Coma: the collapse of the road leads to immediate danger to the circulation of vehicles and pedestrians. On the other hand, it cannot be ensured that in the face of new episodes of heavy rain, new collapses will occur or the existing one will increase in size, which could put safety and stability of the buildings located in this section.-Definitively restore the supply of potable water to the municipality: as previously reported, the restoration of the domestic potable water service was done provisionally. the new connection section has been made with a smaller pipe diameter, so it is not currently working optimally. If this situation continues over time, it is likely to cause material damage to the ETAP, since the service works with overload, again leaving the municipality without this essential service.
