The aim of the project is to support customers in preparing for the apprenticeship qualification in an apprenticeship according to the list of apprenticeships, the successful completion of the apprenticeship-leave exam and taking up employment on the first labor market.
The project thus directly supports the implementationg of the labor market policy objective of the AMS "Contribution of the AMS to coping with the structural change in qualifications and to combating unemployment through qualification" with the indicator "Access to specialist training".
Depending on the individual starting situation, the partParticipants in the present project also have the opportunity to complete certain job profiles based on the model of the modularly organized AMS training model "Competence with System (KmS)".
