Central Ostrobothnia's employment board requests an offer for career and working life coaching for young people in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The subject of this procurement is career and working life coaching for young people, the area of operation is Central Ostrobothnia and it is regulated in the law on the organization of employment services (380/2023). TU training is provided for each young person 1 day a week. The primary goal of the service is to prevent the marginalization of young people, to strengthen and maintain the foundation of young people's life control, and to support their operational and work ability. The procurement unit reserves the right not to acquire the training presented in this call for tenders. The purchase made on the basis of this call for tenders will be carried out within the budget year's available funds guide young people in a goal-oriented way towards studies leading to a degree, the open labor market or other suitable further paths. The key performance requirement is to improve young people's controllability in workshop activities so that the actual work trial months are saved to be used for work trials in real workplaces. The service provider must utilize the workshop environment effectively as part of the goal-oriented training process.
