The subject of the order is: Operation of a grader and roller, road profiling and cutting of roadsides in the Stszew Commune in 2026 according to the needs of the Ordering Party. Location: Stszew Commune, Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship. Scope of work in accordance with the attached bill of quantitiesThe works will be performed on the basis of a written order placed by an employee of the Stszew Commune Municipal Office, which will specify the scope and deadline for completion.Grading and profiling together with compaction of the road surface should be carried out at the optimal humidity of the road surface and favorable weather conditions. The Contractor undertakes to start the work ordered by the Ordering Party using 2 sets of equipment: a grader, a roller and, possibly, a means of transport for the removal of excavated material at the same time. In the event of a failure or other significant reasons that make it impossible to perform the works, the Contractor undertakes to provide replacement equipment with parameters no worse than those described in the procedure. Note! The scope of work given in the bill of quantities is the maximum amount. Ordering party reserves the right to perform a smaller scope of work according to its needs.
