The offer includes the purchase of consulting services related to the physical and psychosocial working environment, including organizational development. The specific tasks are solved according to ongoing agreement and dialogue with the individual units at the Ordering Party. The concrete tasks will i individual cases are resolved in collaboration with Or-dregiver's internal HR consultants. Inquiries from the Ordering Party may include tasks related to: • Organizational development in the various units and teams • Psychological work environment services • Physical and ergonomic working environment issues The tender is divided into 2 partial agreements, see more about this in section 1.5.
