The Vermont Department of Health-s (VDH), Public Health Workforce Development Office is seeking to enter into a contract or contracts with one or more vendors who have demonstrated experience in antiracism, racial equity, and health equity work, including equity and inclusion of other marginalized groups. In addition to the stated experience, vendors should display a working knowledge of the culture of Vermont to develop and implement trainings for existing VDH employees and to provide consultation and written recommendations on how to best leverage the materials and content from the staff training series so VDH can continue to deliver a foundational antiracism and equity training on an ongoing basis
