Worker assignment services

The subject of procurement are the services of assigning workers by a temporary employment agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 46/23, 64/23).

The performance of procurement services should be in accordance with legal and by-law regulations and rules profession.

Assignment of workers is carried out for the purpose of temporarily performing tasks from the Client's activities, which by their nature, work organization and professional standards and rules fall within the scope of the Client's jobs and tasks.

For the needs of the Client, it is necessary to make an assignment during employment 30 workers trained for the position of utility worker (public area maintenance worker/waste collection worker/waste sorting worker)

degree of complexity according to the national occupational classification, finished elementary school

If it is about foreign workers who prove the above condition with documents issued by another country, the selected tenderer is obliged to carry out the procedure of nostrification of the documentation owned by the worker and/or ensure that the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia issue the appropriate documentation.

The client and the selected bidder will determine, among other things, the exact number of assigned workers, the time period of their assignment, the place of work, the contracted jobs, the contracted gross salary and other conditions in accordance with the Labor Law, in individually concluded contracts on the assignment of workers.
