Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the services of assigning workers by the agency for temporary employment, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23). with legal and by-law regulations and rules of the professionis for the purpose of temporarily performing tasks from the Client's activities, which by their nature, work organization and the standards and rules of the profession fall within the scope of the Client's jobs and tasks.of those trained for the position of cleaner (public area maintenance worker)

GROUP 2: Transfer services of 10 workers trained for the position of waste collection worker

Conditions that workers must meet:

- education level: minimum NSS II. degree of complexity according to national classoccupational qualification, completed elementary school

If it is a question of foreign workers who prove the above condition with documents issued by another country, the selected tenderer is obliged to carry out the procedure of nostrification of the documentation possessed by the worker and/or ensure that the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia issue the appropriatein the documentation.

The ordering party and the selected tenderer will determine, among other things, the exact number of assigned workers, the time period of their assignment, the place of work, the contracted jobs, the contracted gross salary and other conditions in accordance with the Labor Act, in individually concluded contracts on the assignment of workers.
