The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date and remove
deleted clauses:
1.Offer due date is hereby extended from 10 APR 26 to 20 APR 26.
2.Removed clauses 52.247-61, F.o.b. Origin-Minimum Size of Shipments, and
52.247-65, F.o.b. Origin, Prepaid Freight-Small Package Shipments, as these
are no longer active clauses.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are
considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited
in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce

proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as
detailed herein.
