The current Sport and Hall Center De Wanmolen and Library in Zetten is being replaced by a renewed multifunctional center (MFC) at the location of the current Wanmolen. The new multifunctional center consists of: a living room/café, library, event rooms, space for associations, youth space, sports hall and first -line care parties such as general practitioner center, pharmacy, midwifery practice and consultation office. There is widely focused on sustainability. The existing Wanmolen is being demolished circularly and harvested materials are reused in the new MFC. In addition, there is circular construction, application of sustainable and biobased materials and measures for nature -inclusive and climate adaptive construction. The building is being prepared for energy -neutral. The assignment concerns the circular demolition work, architectural activities and installation technical activities.
