Tender Details

The work linked to this contract will consist in particular: For lot 1, on the site of the Saint-Mars-la-Jaille water body: - The creation of a bypass river in line with the valves of the water body, in a firm section. - The establishment of a crossing footbridge to restore the pedestrian path, in an optional phase. For lot 2, on the site of the Bonnoeuvre mill, in firm phase: -The restoration of ecological continuity by the partial leveling of the threshold and creation of a indentation and the creation of four pre-dams in rockfill with indentations. Each contract will take effect from receipt of the OS to start the preparation period, until the expiration of the contractual guarantees and/or the clearance of accounts. THE market will end after the vents are lifted. reservations expressed under the warranty period for the work, possibly extended under the conditions of art. 44.2 of CCAG-Works. As an indication, the period envisaged for carrying out the work in connection with the seasonality constraints: between July 2026 and October 2026 (non-contractual). In the event that the work could not have been carried out over the period from July to October 2026 for various reasons not attributable to the holder, COMPA will order the start of work over the period from July to October 2027.
