dsThe schoolyard in question is that of the elementary school, currently made up of a large asphalt area, planted with black locust trees and equipped with various games, a synthetic turf sports field and a small garden. The square is made up of a paved space, protected from cars by city barriers. It accommodates parking for teachers, limited by a barrier. The project consists of the requalification of the square and the elementary courtyard: 1/ square recomposed with changing the floor covering and installing a large planted island. 2/ main elementary courtyard dewatered by sector. 3/ Small reconstituted garden with seating for school outside and extension into an adjoining space with the installation of a gardening and experimentation space.
