Open adapted procedure subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The services are divided into 11 lots. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by prices flat rates. Possibility of similar services up to a maximum of 30% of the initial contract amount and limited to the replacement of the asbestos roof and the redevelopment of the office premises of B5 at the Functional Roads Center. No PES. Variants authorized. One-month preparation period which begins from the date of notification of the contract. The completion time for the work is 15 months. The execution of the work begins from the date fixed by the service order prescribing to begin the works The company which will be awarded the works contract, relating to lot no. 2 "Major work" will have to carry out an integration action (150 hours) (see art 11 of the CCAP)
