Published on: 2026-04-21 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-05-18 Subject: CONTEXT OF THE CONSULTATION The Col du Palet refuge (municipality of Peisey Nancroix) is electrically powered by a photovoltaic generator and a generator relief. The refuge was the subject of an experiment in 2015 with an energy storage system using hydrogen generated by an electrolyser and a transformation of the hydrogen stored by a fuel cell. This prototype is no longer operational today and will be dismantled in the summer of 2026. The installation's conventional (lead) battery park is more than 10 years old and no longer offers sufficient autonomy for the needs of the refuge. The objective of this consultation is to replace the park batteries of the refuge and to rationalize the regulation and energy conversion bodies of the installation following the abandonment in particular of the hydrogen fuel cell. CONTENT OF THE MISSION ENTRUSTED TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER The service will include in particular: - The removal and evacuation of the battery bank and certain energy regulation-transformation bodies, - The consistency of the connections of existing photovoltaic modules, - The supply of a new 48 Volt battery bank, - The addition or the replacement of certain regulation and conversion devices, - The replacement of 24 Volt LED strips in the building, - The connection of the new equipment to the existing installation, - The...
