Tender Details

Multi-award framework contract (max. 3 suppliers) with subsequent contracts. Duration: 3 years firm & 5 options to extend the contract by one year (firm + options = 8 years). The contract holders do not have exclusivity of the activities. WORK PACKAGE 1: Data acquisition with helicopters aims to cover a wide range of RTE needs in terms of data acquisition to foster the development of automated inspection solutions: Conduct acquisition flights above power lines or substations with helicopters to acquire a wide range of data: photographs, LiDAR data, IR, IV, videos, 360° photo, etc. Test different flight configurations to acquire data (height, position, speed). Data annotation. Blurring of sensitive data for RGPD compliance (faces, car plates, sensitive information, etc.). Help RTE identify and integrate high-capacity payloads on helicopters. WORK PACKAGE 2: Automated detection of equipment and anomalies: Developing specific machine learning models to meet RTE's needs (anomaly detection, equipment recognition, 360° photos/videos, LIDAR data processing). Increasing the maturity of AI data processing: data volumes, infrastructures, model training and testing, potential drifts, etc. After the RFI and RFQ process on Bravo Solution (not launch for the moment), a maximum of 3 companies will be selected to take part in a test for each work package (WORK PACKAGE 1: fly over a section of the network & WORK PACKAGE 2: detect specified equipment and anomalies).
