WORK ON OPENING SECTIONS FOR CLAH-S NEEDS The consultation concerns the carrying out of work on the opening sections for the maintenance, renovation and rehabilitation of the assets of CANNES LÉRINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT. There consultation concerns the carrying out of work on the opening sections for the maintenance, renovation and rehabilitation of the assets of CANNES LÉRINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT. The consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement with vouchers order in application of articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Services may vary as follows: Minimum amount per period: €75, 000.00 excluding tax/amount maximum per period: €450, 000.00 excluding tax Duration of the contract - Execution time The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders can be issued. The first period runs from 06/10/2026 for a period of 12 months. This framework agreement is tacitly renewable 3 times per period of 12 months within the limit of 48 months. In the absence of an express decision of non-renewal from the contracting authority 4 months at the latest before the end date of the period this framework agreement will be considered as tacitly renewed.
