Work on new domestic connections to the departmental sanitation network The purpose of this contract is: the supplies and work necessary for the creation, under public domain, of new connections to the departmental network. These connections make following either: - Real estate projects; - To compliance of existing plots, in separative zone, for which only one connection is counted; - Has new replacements of existing connections but presenting a structural condition such that its repair, even in part, is not possible. This work will therefore consist of rehabilitation techniques, in trenches, underground or without trenches, of the part located under the public domain of private connections and connections carried out on behalf of third parties on the sanitation network managed by the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis, whether territorial, departmental or interdepartmental. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is purchase orders with minimum and maximum multi-awardees (3 awardees) of work in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. - Minimum amount: 15, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, or 5, 000, 000 excluding tax per holder; - Amount maximum: 45, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, for all holders.
