Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. As an Epad Ouest Provence Epader's mission is to develop public spaces relating to the new urban renewal project Maille sector 1- Mercury, from the city of Miramas via a development concession. The general bases ofThis development operation are defined by the Operational Urban Renewal Agreement, approved in Metropolitan Council (deliberation n DEV 014-7472/19/BM) of December 19, 2019, received in legality control on January 13, 2020. The operational agreement includes the documentsGraphics, whose principles and the program of studies and works were validated in the National Committee Committee on October 22, 2018. As such, the EPAD ensures the project management on the following elements (see annex works concession): - Land acquisitions -Building demolition work - Development works (roads, parking lots and public spaces) - Transitional development work - Engineering - Marketing of housing islets The work of this market takes place in a more global context of urban renewalwhich incorporates a set of work carried out by other project mastery (city of Miramas, 13 Habitat, Erilia and OPH) which will take place in parallel with those object of this consultation.
