Tender Details
The project to bring the electrical installations and fire safety system of the Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye into compliance concerns the primary networks of the château, from the metering room to the primary distribution board. The project does not integrate the modification of the secondary networks of the castle. The latter will be treated subsequently, as part of a global operation to reorganize the museographic spaces of the national archeology museum. The operation subject of this contract provides for the creation of new vertical CFO columns and the establishment of diversions to take over the secondary networks now connected to other locations. The project also includes the upgrading and/or replacement of divisional panels primary and removal of obsolete installations. It is also planned, as part of this work: - Bringing the establishment's ISS into compliance; - The creation of smoke extraction in certain staircases of the establishment; - The creation of 2 relay stations in the castle courtyard. // The consultation for lot 5 will be launched later. // It is specified that the work, subject of this consultation, is managed under the direction of 2 project managers: - Alternet (BET fluids) for lots 1 (partly), 2, 3 and 4 - Gwendoline Thepaut, Chief Architect of Historic Monuments for lots 1 (partly) and 5.
