The purpose of the work is the implementation of a new IP video surveillance system on a building of the GHU PARIS Psychiatry & Neurosciences, located on the Bichat site (supply and installation of IP cameras, licenses, capillary cabling, switches, creation of a Vlan Video virtual network, management devices, provision of a "federation service" device, drilling and coring work, etc.) In order to guarantee interoperability with acquisitions already made (on the SAINTE ANNE central site of GHU Psychiatry & Neurosciences), the solution must rely on equipment and manufacturers compatible with those already implemented.
