This consultation relates to a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for work to extend the very high-speed metropolitan telecommunications network in Alès Agglomération. The market is relaunched following a declaration without continued for reasons of general interest. This framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the effective date of the first purchase order, renewable three times for a period of one year expressly, without its duration maximum does not exceed four years. It is concluded for an initial period of one year, with no minimum annual amount and a maximum annual amount of 300, 000 euros excluding taxes. In the event that the maximum threshold of the framework agreement is reached before the end of the period initial, it may be expressly renewed in advance. This framework agreement sets all the conditions for execution of the services, it is executed progressively as purchase orders are issued by the public buyer. The services are covered by a one-year guarantee for the optical fiber and related part, and by a ten-year guarantee for the civil engineering part. The guarantee periods begin on the date of notification of the admission decision.
