Tender Details

The work concerns the development of the temporary reception and the renovation of the office spaces of the CPAM du Bas-Rhin, located at 14-18 rue Adolphe Seyboth, 67000 Strasbourg. The project concerns an existing building for tertiary use, comprising seven levels, developed from level R-2 to level R+5. The building was previously and sustainably used for office premises and public reception areas. This is not a change of destination, but a redevelopment of premises existing. The levels are distributed as follows: R-2 and R-1: infrastructure levels allocated to car parks, Ground floor (ground floor): level integrating public reception areas and offices, R+1 to R+5: current levels mainly dedicated to office floors. The building is operated as a coherent whole, with vertical and horizontal circulation serving all levels. The work concerns the interior redevelopment of existing spaces, without creating levels additional, and are part of the continuity of the tertiary and public reception use of the building.
