Tender Details

Carrying out work to create a 5 meter wide pedestrian path in paving stones, including the installation of public lighting as well as the development of green spaces, in order to ensure the connection between the hospital car park and the interchange hub multimodal. It includes in particular the preparation and earthworks, the creation of path structures, the implementation of paving stones, the rerouting of public lighting, the installation of road elements (curbs, paving), the installation of signage and street furniture, as well as all the constraints linked to the safety of the site, the maintenance of traffic, tests, controls and the submission of the Executed Works File (DOE). The market is composed in a single firm slice. Contract with firm, updatable unit prices passed through an adapted procedure. An advance of 10% is granted. The work covered by this contract is financed by the Establishment's own budgetary resources. Deadline Validity of offers: 90 days. Overall payment time: 30 days. Guarantee retention: 5%. Variations are prohibited.
