The purpose of the work is to create and maintain an access control system attached to the Stade de l'Aube ticket office, with the main aim of streamlining and facilitating the movement of spectators to their allocated seats, by optimizing the duration when checking the validity of the ticket. This optimization will be carried out through automatic and autonomous ticket management which will replace the control currently carried out by agents. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Order Code public, this public contract is not allocated because it does not allow the identification of distinct services. For good reason, it involves the purchase of a complete ticketing access control solution. This solution integrating a set interdependent such as software, maintenance and equipment (turnstile, VIP terminal, tripods) used for control: -This equipment is an assembly of several available systems and which will be arranged by the holder in order to be compatible for its global solution; -The type of fixing (or even foundations) of the materials varies depending on the system proposed; -Given the unique assembly of hardware carried out by the holder, the software can only be maintained by the operator who designed said system ; -All related work (installation, VRD, electricity) which will be carried out will depend on the overall control solution which will be proposed by the holder. This contract has 2 phases: - Firm phase: creation of a control system access to the Aube stadium ticket office and maintenance during the warranty period; - Optional phase: preventive maintenance contract for a period of 12 months at the end of the warranty period of the access control device.
