Creation of an access shaft to the DPLB (Délestage du Pantin La Briche) as close as possible to the point of impact between the SIAAP structure and the tunnel boring machine of line 15 East of the Grand Paris Express. The DPLB is a unitary collector belonging to the SIAAP and managed by the DEA. This project concerns a portion of the DPLB, between R1 and R2, located at the intersection with the route of line 15 East of the Grand Paris Express. This intersection is located at the intersection of rue de la Maladrerie and rue Léopold Réchossière, on a section between R2+285 and R2+345, i.e. a section of approximately 60 linear meters. This section is located in the immediate vicinity of the point of impact of the tunnel boring machine and therefore constitutes a critical zone requiring secure access, for the purposes of inspections, monitoring and control before, during and after passage of the tunnel boring machine. The portion of the DPLB collector concerned is a reinforced concrete sanitation structure (voussoir type, 22cm thick) with a diameter of 3000 mm built in the 2000s. The well access will be made at the corner of rue Léopold Réchossière and rue de la Maladrerie, on a plot made available to the SGP.
