The contract concerns soil reclamation work on sites in the City of Plessis-Robinson. This is a single-award framework agreement, allocated as follows: -Lot 1: VRD/DEMOLITION -Lot 2: BT ELECTRICITY-LIGHTING. The technical description of the whole of the services expected as part of the contract is detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) common to both lots. The services, subject of the contract, will be processed using purchase orders in application of articles L.2125-1 1°, articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6 and articles R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code and the unit prices appearing in the unit price schedule (BPU) corresponding to the lot(s) notified to the Contract Holder. The annual amount excluding tax maximum of lot 1 is set at 1, 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The maximum amount of lot 1, over its total duration, is set at 5, 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The maximum annual amount excluding tax for lot 2 is set at 50, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The maximum amount of lot 2, over its total duration, is set at 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from its notification date. It may then be renewed three times by tacit agreement for the same duration.
