This contract concerns the redevelopment of an existing industrial building in Bresles (60510). The contract is not broken down into lots, the Project Owner considering that for work operations of low value, the allotment may lead to an increase in the overall cost of the operation in multiplying the stakeholders and therefore the fixed costs. The works include: Structural work and demolition: Cleaning, various demolitions, creation of openings, reworking of masonry. Second work: Creation of partitions, linings, false ceilings, floor and wall coverings (painting, earthenware, tiles, soft floors). Joinery: Supply and installation of interior and exterior joinery. Technical installations: Upgrade of electrical installations (high current and low current), plumbing, heating and ventilation (VMC). Locksmithing and metalwork: work metal framework and locksmithing. The contract also includes the following possible additional services: PSE 01D-01: IT room doors: Verification and compliance of the fire rating of the IT room doors. PSE 01D-02: Boiler room local doors: Verification and compliance with the fire rating of the boiler room door.
