Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is: - Aesthetic renovation of all the coverings and materials constituting the facades. - Repair of the concrete parts by applying paint to revive them and ensure their waterproofing. - Renovation in painting metal elements, particularly those forming guardrails. - For preserved metal elements, repainting in order to revive them and protect them sustainably against corrosion. - Implementation of solutions to limit the greening of moldings or balcony nosings over time. - Repair of expansion joints on the facade. - Identical replacement of defective rainwater downspouts. - Cleaning or replacement of elements ensuring the protection of heads of low walls or parapets. - Prior cleaning of the facades, adapted to the nature of the existing materials. - Careful cleaning of all PVC joinery and shutters with biased slats. - Checking the solidity of the anchors ensuring the connections between structures (metal, concrete or others) and implementation of corrective measures if necessary. The description of the work is indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) of the different technical sections, attached to the file consultation.
