Subject of the order in accordance with the attached list: - Summer work clothes of the "Swedish" type with reflectors (sweatshirt + dungarees) - 35 sets. - Summer work clothes of the "Swedish" type without reflectors (sweatshirt + dungarees) - 50 sets. Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for the above-mentioned clothing in color, i.e. graphite or dark gray. - Men's flannel work shirt (checkered, dark colors) - 55 pcs. Provisions: 1. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the subject of the order together with the invoice. In case delivery of the invoice after the delivery date, the deadline of 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the debtor, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before delivery of the subject of the order, the deadline referred to above will be counted from the date of delivery subject of the order.2. Delivery within 14 days from sending the order to the Contractor.3. Delivery at the Contractor's expense and risk, to the following address: ul. Kolejowa 22, 21-400 Łuków.4. Tailor-made clothing in accordance with the data provided in Annex 1, except for shirts flannel.5. The Supplier declares that the delivered materials meet the technical requirements, correspond to all the features specified in the inquiry and are brand new, 6. The Contractor undertakes to pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty for delay in performance subject of the proceedings in the amount of 0.2% of the Contractor's remuneration for each day of delay.7.
