Work and protective clothing The subject of public procurement is the procurement and delivery of work and protective clothing for outpatient emergency medicine for the needs of the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Split-Dalmatia County, i.e. for emergency medical aid workers in teams T1 and T2 in accordance detailed descriptions and quantities determined in the Technical Specifications and the Cost List of the procurement items in the attachment of the Documentation. *All listed items of the Technical Specifications of the procurement item represent the minimum requirements of the Client. The bidder is obliged to offer work and protective clothing that fully and without exception meet all the requirements of the current HRN EN 340 standard, Protective clothing - General requirements, i.e. successors to the aforementioned standard and in accordance with the "Standard for protective work clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment of workers of the outpatient emergency medical service in the Republic of Croatia NN 12/2025 (January 24, 2025)", regardless of whether all individual elements, details or parameters from the aforementioned norm and Standard are explicitly listed in the Technical Specification of procurement items. https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2025_01_12_110.html The bidder's obligation is: - the selected tenderer is obliged, from the day of the mutual signature of the Contract, to carry out a professional measurement of the employees at the Client's Headquarters for a minimum of two (2) days, and in accordance with the measures, the final delivery of the procurement items within the agreed period shall be carried out according to the Heads of the Institute's Branches and the chief medical technician in accordance with the agreement; - offer exclusively new ...
