Creation, within an 18th century castle, of a floor intended to accommodate residents (existing floor, abandoned for 50 years). Creation of glass connections to connect this new floor to two existing buildings (1950 and 1990); works of demolition, construction, renovation (floors, walls, ceilings), supply of furniture, supply of office equipment and medical equipment. Final objective: rehabilitation and modernization of the current structure in order to improve the quality of life of residents and the quality of life at work of employees. The construction site will take place sometimes on an abandoned floor, sometimes on used floors.
