The framework agreement concerns the adaptation of housing for people with reduced mobility throughout the m2A Habitat portfolio with the aim of making them accessible. The work consists of the installation of specific equipment facilitating the movement of elderly people and/or wheelchair users. This mainly involves installing showers, installing grab bars and adapting sanitary facilities. The skills required for the execution of the work include several trades including electricity, sanitary, plumbing, tiling, flooring, painting. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). Place of performance of services: Mulhouse and its surrounding area. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement takes effect from its notification date for an initial period of one year until the last day of the anniversary month of market notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 1. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The duration maximum contract, all periods combined, is 2 years. The total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is 600, 000.00 EUR excluding tax maximum.
