The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure Woodward PIP44 HMI Controllers for the LHD Midlife Electric Plant Controls Upgrade on a Sole Source to Woodward.
The proposed contract action is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
