Description : Barangay Ususan through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the hereunder project:
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
Interested Bidders may purchase a complete set of Bidding Documents from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee.
The Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and it-s IRR.
