Products or services: Renovation of buildings, houses, signs and monuments Through this tender, the Illustrious Municipality of Freirina requires contracting the execution of the works corresponding to the initiative called “IMPROVEMENT HOGAR MARAVILLA DEPENDENCIES” which aims to carry out improvement work in the residence for boys, girls and adolescents in the commune of Freirina, contemplating the replacement, installation and repair of various elements of infrastructure. These interventions are aimed at improving the safety, habitability, functionality and hygiene conditions of living spaces and health services, allowing adequate facilities to be maintained for the well-being of their residents. residents and the correct functioning of the facility, also contributing to prolonging the useful life of the existing infrastructure and complying with the minimum safety and health standards required for this type of establishments. In the proposal must contemplate all those works inherent and necessary for the correct execution of the works and their facilities, in accordance with the most exact interpretation of the Technical Specifications. This initiative will be developed in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Administrative Bases and other background information that exists in the purchasing process, which will form an integral part of the Contract signed between the Municipality and the successful bidder.
