Tender Details
Expression of Interest are invited for Womens Leadership in Global Private Healthcare.
MAS is interested in launching a study to analyze womens employment in private health care sectors and identify challenges, opportunities and best practices for increasing womens representation in senior leadership in emerging markets and IDA countries. The study on health care is poised to explore an industry that has not been at the forefront of conversations on gender and employment, and, in doing so, stimulate a conversation on how to address underlying gender dynamics in a sector where women seem to be adequately represented, yet are largely absent from senior leadership positions. This study will also serve as the platform to launch a discussion on the low level of womens representation in private health care, how to address these gaps at the sector and firm level and identify opportunities for MAS to support IFCs clients through targeted advisory focused on the business case.
