Description
This information is for solicitation SPE1C1-24-R-0041. The item is as follows:
Item: Women-s Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) All Weather Coat (AWC). The applicable NSNs for this procurement is 8410-01-683-8832(s). The coat shall conform to the requirements of GSL-PD-19027A pattern date 13 March 2020. DLA Troop Support intends to award a 60-month contract consisting of five-(5) 12-month price tier periods. The minimum purchase quantity is 5, 610 coats. The annual estimated quantity (AEQ) per tier is 35, 500 coats. The maximum (MAX) quantity over the anticipated 60-month contract is 238, 700 coats.
The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBA) that will result in a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. This is a Best Value acquisition with Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures. The following evaluation factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Past Performance Confidence Assessment and Product Demonstration Model (PDM). All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. As other evaluation factors become more equal, the evaluated cost or price becomes more important.
The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 315210 - Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors. The Women-s AGSU AWC will require source inspection and price will be FOB Destination. The first delivery order is due 120 days after the date of award with subsequent orders due in 90 days.
