Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (PWPW S.A.) I invite you to participate in Initial Market Consultations (WKR), related to the planned announcement of the procurement procedure for: "Delivery and implementation software for managing the strategy, programs, project portfolio and projects in the Ordering Party's infrastructure On-Premises" WKR process: Stage I - verification of submitted applications for admission to participation in WKR in terms of meeting the participation conditions and the completeness and correctness of other required documents. Stage II - sending the Participants an invitation to participate in WWKR along with questions and guidelines regarding the subject of the consultation. Stage III - analysis of the responses by the Ordering Party and information provided by WKR Participants in response to questions regarding the subject of the consultation Stage IV - communication with Participants via e-mail and the eB2B purchasing platform, as well as the possibility of organizing online meetings in the form of videoconferencing or meetings at the Ordering Party's headquarters (individual or group), intended solely to clarify the answers provided. The Ordering Party will inform the Participants about the meeting date at least 2 days in advance. Documents regarding WKR can be found in the "Appendices" tab.
