Seinäjoki's educational municipality association Sedu is requesting bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of a battery energy storage system (BESS) as a total responsibility contract (KVR). The system must meet the minimum technical, safety-related and functional requirements set in the tender documents. The contract includes at least:- design of electric battery storage - preparation of the plans required for the construction permit - delivery of devices, systems and necessary components - installation and electrical work - commissioning, testing and official approval procedures - delivery of operating and maintenance instructions and other handover documentation - user training of the customer's personnel - use of the system, as specified in the request for tenders for the maintenance and service service.
